Welcome to K-town
NEXT on Sixth is the perfect starting point to immerse yourself in the Koreatown excitement and all within walking distance. It’s like an entire city within a city, you’ll only be a few steps from dining, night clubs, abundant retail outlets and entertainment venues. There are place in Koreatown where you look around and swear you are in Asia. This is a trilingual neighborhood: Wherever you go, you will hear Korean, Spanish and English.
At NEXT on Sixth we pride ourselves on supporting the cycling community. We encourage our residents to use their bikes, also providing free bikes for residents to borrow, bike storage and an on-site bike kitchen.
The neighborhood’s prime location and excellent transit connectivity also contribute to its vibrancy. Koreatown’s central location in Los Angeles is reinforced by its major throughways and centrality within the Metro rail and rapid bus systems. Wilshire Boulevard, which runs through the northern part of the neighborhood, is one of the most heavily traveled east-west arterials in LA. Olympic Boulevard, another of the region’s principal arterials, forms the backbone of the Korean community in the southern part of the neighborhood.
If you need a ride, you can take advantage of convenient services that will provide a safe and cost effective way to get to your destination even if you don’t own a car.
